Instead of simple text, can i have a layout like the one given below, under each tab

To achieve that you would have to use elements shortcodes.

For example to put content in different columns you must use shortcodes from this page:

can this shortcodes be nested like this because this i what i get in the output

It should be rather like this:

[one_second]content [/one_second][one_fourth]content[/one_fourth][one_fourth]content[/one_fourth]

[one_second] [/one_second][one_fourth]content[/one_fourth][one_fourth]content[/one_fourth]
