Different display despite the same resolution

I'm working with this https://themes.muffingroup.com/be/lingerie/

Despite the fact I'm uploding product photos in the exact same resolution that the images in the original theme, I get a different outcome. Instead of vertical product thumbnail, I get a square one. I attach a printscreen. What can be the cause? How can I achieve the same vertical effect?

Please always attach a link to your website so we can check it out. If the page is offline(localhost), then our help will be limited. You will have to contact us when the page is online. Also, please make sure that the page is not under maintenance before you provide us with the link.

Before that, go to Appearance -> Customize -> WooCoommerce -> Product Images, and see if you do not have cropping set to 1:1.
