Submenu tittle problem on a single page

On this page https://eccat.eu/about/

there is no subtitle on this page for some reason. How to get it back there?

But all the other pages do have like https://eccat.eu/participants/

You might have a gear icon on the left side of BeBuilder, not on top as I do.
