Use this CSS code:
.mfn-header-menu .current_page_item:after, .mfn-header-menu .menu-item:hover:after{ content: ""; display: block; width: 10px; height: 10px; background-color: #614b49; border-radius: 50%; position: absolute; left: 45%; bottom: -10px; }Put it in Betheme -> Theme options -> Custom CSS & JS -> CSS.

How do I add a button with just an icon? Right now, If we remove TITLE, It still says "Button" on the live page.

How do I align the 2024 and cookie | Privacy text as the SAMPLE screenshot? I''ve tried adding padding but it looks off on bigger desktop screens.
It might be hard to achieve but what you can try is to put it in a wrap with custom width, and set positioning Space between for this wrap. See the following screenshots for a better understanding:
Also, texts below the main heading should be set to inline width.
