Testing vs Production
Good morning,
I have a site I created for testing purposes, and I backed up and restored the site into production on a hosting platform. I can't verify the production is working unless I completely destroy my testing environment which would prevent me from doing further testing and building. Anything I can do?
Thanks!

For clarity, the issue is I cannot license the theme, for the same site, on a test and production server simultaneously.
Hi,
All of the themes on the Envato market are under the same license, details: https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard
You can use one license per end product to use any pre-built website you desire or mix them, but you cannot use the theme license on two domains.
The only exceptions are for subdomains or subfolders. You can register unlimited subdomains with one license key, as long as the main domain is registered under the same key.
This also applies to subfolders on localhost installations.

Is there a good way to ensure my backup from test and restore to production has all of the data? In the instance I did it with UpDraft it did not appear to be accurate with configs not reflecting in production.
We suggest using the Duplicator plugin.
We have used it many times and never had problems with it.

Best regards
The content was moved, but some of the images and configurations seemed....off. Like in the menu, some of the default data was there which I edited and removed on my test but appeared in production. Is this simply a symptom of being unlicensed in BeTheme?
Thanks!
Please attach a link to your website so we can check it out. If the page is offline(localhost), then our help will be limited. You will have to contact us when the page is online. Also, please make sure that the page is not under maintenance before you provide us with the link.
It is always a good idea to also attach a screenshot showing your issue.
Thanks
Hey Phil, Thanks! It seems as though the test environment is showing the stuff I didn't think was in. I think it has to do with the screen size. The sizing appears different as well so I'll be looking into that. The test is at https://therose.nopezebra.com and the production is at https://therose.coffee
Thanks!
Can you attach screenshots of what you refer to exactly, please?
I do not want to misunderstand you.
Thanks
