Invalid License code - theme not updating

I have 13 licenses in my account - the one for aucklandskinclinic.co.nz is not updating, it says the license code is invalid. I have checked and it is listed in the license manager. I have deregistered it and reregistered it and still no luck. This license code has worked fine in the past.

Any help would be appreciated please. Revolution Slider has a 'critical vulnerability' and I would like to be able to update it asap.
