Yet the Post itself isn't "nested" under the /blog/ folder structure?

Additionally, the blog navigation isn't at the top of the page. Other themes, blog posts have the navigation at the top of each post, but this one isn't working? Why?

1) That is how permalinks in WP work, and Betheme does not have an influence on that.

2) Please attach a screenshot showing what navigation you refer to.
