Margin & padding not saved

We have some problems with the BeBuilder from BeTheme.

The paddings and margins are not correctly saved. When i'm adding margin to a section, and i click the Update button, it says that it's saved, but on the front end it's still the same, and also after a refresh with clearing cache. When i refresh the BeBuilder, the padding on the section is gone.

The same thing happens with margins on elements. For example on the divider element i want to set custom margins. But when i click the Update button, the same thing does happen as with paddings on sections. But it's not only on the divider element, it's on other elements as well.

How can we solve this problem?

Thanks in advance.

  • Did you find a solution for the padding not saving? I'm experiencing the same issue.

  • Hi @ringringhello,

I did not receive a private message from the OP, so if you are experiencing the same issue, please send us access to your website, as mentioned in my previous message.

  • Hello we have the same problem on After save the padding for section for desktop padding value is Array. I think the php code is making the problem. We are with 27.4.4 - all the cache and other plugins has been stop for testing, but the problem still persists.

This is the code from bebuilder editing the page.

    <style class="mfn-local-style mcbsection610f1286bpaddingdesktop">html .mcb-section-610f1286b { padding: Array }</style>

Here is the code in frontend:

The error is that the value is not converted from array to a string format or when converted in js to php. It happens only for desktop. - This happens only on sections.

If you want we can have the page and option of the website exported and send to you.

We have also have chosen BeBuilder data storage - Serialized | Readable format, required by some plugins.

Sorry but we cannot give you ftp access to the website.

  • Hi @Promotinobg,

Unfortunately, without the WP dashboard and FTP access, we are not able to check this issue as we cannot replicate it, and we must check the files to locate the culprit.

    Best regards
