Template Builder not updating across the website

I have built a portfolio template and in the page options I have hidden both header padding and sub header content.

I have then applied that to all the portfolio categories. But this isn't being applied when I go to the single portfolio pages.

Any ideas on how to fix? Screenshots attached. Website is https://iedprint.com/

Ok, will do. I have manually changed each page as the client needed to see it but the problem is still there
