Mobile page view adds a large white space at the header ?

Hiya, 1) on desktop it is fine, I have turned off header and subheader space. but on mobile view there is a massive white space under the menu on all pages why? [Links visible only for registered users]

2) It is not the mobile menu (although the mobile menu also has a lot of white space that should not be there)


Please help see below
