Slider Revolution Update & Install issue

I don't know what is the issue.. But not the plugin is installing or neither updating after manual upload from ftp server.

Are you receiving any error messages while updating?

Does the same thing happen when you try to install other plugins like BeCustom or when updating Betheme?
