Section background image not displaying correctly on mobile

I used an image as the background for my hero section. The photo displays as it should on desktop, but not on mobile:

The photo is oriented to portrait so I'm not sure why it's behaving this way. What am I doing wrong?

Settings I've adjusted:

  1. Dimension - Height - Set to "Full Screen"
  2. Spacing - 500px padding on bottom
