I deleted the old image file for the header and replaced it with a new one, which I uploaded to the new domain. I would like to avoid the plugin. But the situation is unchanged. Everything is fine on the PC, but not on the laptop and cell phone. That can't be right somehow, can it?
Out of desperation, I have now installed the plugin and followed the instructions. The header image is still not visible.

After the header image was still not visible on various mobile devices, I deleted it the day before yesterday. I then uploaded it again with a different name https://gtv-zarrentin.de/wp-content/uploads/2024/05/gtv-subheader4.jpg and adjusted the settings for the header in BeTheme accordingly. The image has not been visible for two days now. The provider says that the path in the html still points to the old image https://gtv-zarrentin.de/wp-content/uploads/2024/02/gtv-subheader3.jpg. How can this be?
This could mean that some cache still holds it.
Please ensure that your purged cache in your WP (if you use any plugin for that), or cache tool on your server.

In the meantime, I have assigned all header images individually to the pages in BeBuilder. Now this is also displayed, except for one page: https://gtv-zarrentin.de/impressum/
I have no option in BeBuilder to set the background image of the section. As in the second picture for page https://gtv-zarrentin.de/datenschutzerklaerung/ where it works.
Please send us the WordPress dashboard access privately through the contact form, which is on the right side at https://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact and we will check what might be the reason.

I sent two pictures on June 3rd. The first with the fault and the second for comparison, which is OK.
The problem is with the first one: https://gtv-zarrentin.de/impressum/
I can't insert a background image there, see also my red entry in the picture from the other day.
Now, I was able to log in.
I have removed deprecated options from that section and set up the background in the Advanced settings.
