Double Logo appearing in side menu bar

I have two logos stacked on top of each other in my creative always open menu. See below. Any advice on how to remove? This is just one of many problems that I am currently having including not being able to see any of the BeTheme options and my Media Library gallery. Please advise. I have the latest version of WordPress 4.2.3 and BeTheme 9.0. Thank you.

It seems to be happening in Chrome. On IE there is only 1 logo. Haven't checked it on Firefox.

We checked your site on few different computers under different browsers (Chrome of course as well) and as you can see http://pasteboard.co/2t380WR2.png logo works fine. There is only one logo visible so this must be cache issue on your side.
