Fake sales problem: undefined

Hello,

I have an issue with the fake sales option, it always shows as undefined.

I have tried disabling and re-enabling the option, but nothing changes. I have also tried clearing the cache. Could it be because I have WooCommerce set up with external links and not as direct purchases from the site?
