Muffin Builder completely vanished

I was building a page, hit update, the page updated and then refreshed and Muffin Builder was completely gone no longer at the bottom of Edit Page. It's not on any of my pages and I'm unsure why this is happening? Any insights?

I've read that memory could be an issue, but I'm currently only at 80%. See image
