Muffin Builder disappears when trying to edit elements on a page

Hello,

When I go into a page to edit an element, the muffin builder section disappears completely. Now I can no longer edit this particular page (I have even tried to copy it as a draft and clone it, muffin builder still disappears) and it seems that my only option is to rebuild it. I do not want to have to do that, especially if other pages start having the same issue. Any suggestions or ideas on how to fix this?

Hi Kristin,

does it happen on this one page only? If this happened on one page only, please contact with your server admin because max_input_vars variable is limited and that is the reason why builder disappeared from one page only.

We upped php.ini to 2000 and it had no affect.

Another page just started hiding the muffin builder. What can we do to resolve this? I just had to rebuild an entire page. I don't want to have to that for every page that starts to have this issue.

2000 is not big enough. Minimum value should be 10000. But if this won't help, then please send us private message with access to your dashboard and we'll have a look on it.
