Can't change header colors

Hi. I've tried everything, and can't seem to change the header color. It always displays a white color. What am I missing? I've tried changing colors in Theme Options under Colors/Headers to no avail. I have also tried different header styles. Still no change.

Please help!

Hi,

Please go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Colors -> General, and ensure that Theme skin is set to Custom Skin.
