Color overlay after page update

Hello everyone,

I am currently working on a website and am using templates. As soon as I insert the template into my page and click on "Update" to publish my edit, the font is overlaid in white. In my editing view, however, the color display is correct.

I can't find the error either.  Can you perhaps help me here?

Pictures attached.

Thanks and best regards

Ramona

  • Hi,

Please always attach a link to your website so we can check it out. If the page is offline(localhost), then our help will be limited. You will have to contact us when the page is online. Also, please make sure that the page is not under maintenance before you provide us with the link.

    Thanks

The page has not yet been published. But I can't publish it like this either.

Is there any other way that you can view the error before publication?

    Thanks

  • Please send us the WordPress dashboard access privately through the contact form, which is on the right side at https://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact and we will check what might be the reason.

  • I have sent the access.

Here is another overview of what is not working:

    Screenshot 01 - TEAM AVOLT

The actual status is not displayed in the editing mode. There are images under Background Overlay which are not displayed.

    Screenshot 02 - Our services

Fonts for the buttons (at no. 3 and 4) are not displayed correctly. They are correct on the home page.

    Screenshot 03 and 04 - Templates

The text is created as H2 and should be displayed in dark blue.

However, it is overwritten with a different color as soon as I go to "Update" and view the page. The image is also not displayed.

I look forward to your feedback and thank you very much for your support.

    Thanks, Ramona

  • It looks like you migrated your website from another domain.

    Is that correct?

If yes, it could be the reason for your issues, as for website migration, we suggest using the Duplicator plugin.
