Placeholder Button Section - want to remove but cannot locate it in settings

We are working on our new website at https://gravitate.work
On the bottom of each page (under the footer section) a temporary white section shows up with a blank button that reads "placeholder" under it. When the button is clicked the placeholder section and button all disappear. I would like to permantly remove the placeholder button/ section for good - but I have not been able to locate where it is in the settings.
Please help. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

This is what it looks like. It is not in the footer section, it is below it. Any help in finding this so I can remove it completely would be great. Thanks!

It looks like it comes from a third-party plugin.
Disable your plugins one by one to find which is the culprit.
