Error With Editing Widget Section - Menu Corruption

whenever i try to edit widgets or customise i see this horrible screen of misconfigured items overlayed and all messed up. How do i fix this issue on your theme?

I'm trying to edit footers, etc and edit any widgets associated with he site as i learn your theme. All help apricated. God bless
