How to Duplicate a page

I'd like to know if there's a way to duplicate a page using something already built-in to the theme. Or can you recommend a plugin that would work with this theme?

You can use the Import/Export feature.

Thanks for the reply and I'm sorry for the confusion. Just to clarify, I'd like to create "pages" in English, then easily copy or duplicate the pages into a different language. I'd like to somehow duplicate or copy pages so that I can just change the text. Is there such a plugin?

After a search, I found the below plugin. Can you recommend if this will work with this theme?
