HI,

I would need to understand how to set the popups on Be, i.e. the display parameters and how to position it, for example, at the bottom right of the screen and make it visible when the page loads

HI,

I created a popup, only it should always be visible at the bottom right and I don't know why it deactivates the navigation menu buttons at the top... is there a solution for this?

Popups always have an overlay over the content, so that is why they are not clickable.

There is no option to achieve that construction with Popup templates.

However, creating such an icon can be done with a simple custom HTML + CSS construction, and your web developer should easily create it for you.
