Reactivating with Product Code after Computer Death

Hi, I had BeTheme installed and activated on a local Wordpress on my desktop. That desktop died last Sunday, irretrievably. When I reinstall BeTheme on my new desktop, will there be a problem activating the product with my product code since the other installation was never deactivated? Thank you.
