Only child theme active, betheme damaged?
Hello,
on my clients website i get an error. the previous webdesigner (chuck) used a child theme but for some reason the betheme is not on the list. i bought a new betheme licence and could activate but not reinstall. what are the best steps to take?
some other problems: i cannot edit pages

Did you try uploading a fresh betheme package to the website?

Thank you, i did but there was a theme present. what i dit was delete the content and replace it with all the new files from a fresh install and this worked. thanks
