Cart on the menu is not updating when changing items in checkout page

Cart on the menu is not reflecting the updated cat when changing items in checkout page.

This happens when user remove an item or modify the quantity.Please see the screen shot.

Hi There ,

We updated theme with the latest version and it fixed the most part ,however we are still facing the issue with below scenario.

1)The top menu is not getting reflected ,When an item is added to the cart & if we wanted to undo the action by pressing the remove item button .

2) Updateing the quantity is working fine

We did some testing , one scenario (issue 1 in my attached doc that I emailed to you) needs to be addressed still .

Steps to reproduce

1) Addin item in the cart

2) Click on the cart icon right top

3) Increase the number of item by clicking + (I can see it reflects on the right top)

4) Reduce the number from now 2 to 1 by clicking - ,You can see the cart is not reflecting the correct amount ,surprisingly

this is happening only when you reduce from 2 to 1.Attached the screenshot.
