Insert text or image on category page

Hello,

I wonder if there's a way of inserting a specific text or image on category page?

Example, just on that category insert something between the header and products

But I don't want to insert in every page / category. Just on specific.

You can create a template, especially for this category, and put the appropriate elements there.
