Sticky header background menu in mobile and edith template code
Hi,
I'm working on this website: https://www.casaeugenio.com/
I can't change the background color of the Sticky header in the mobile version. It has to be blue and it appears brown.
And one more question, in mine menú doesn't appear the option to edit the template code. I have deactivated all the plugins, but it is still not working.
Can you help me, please? Thank you.

1) Edit your header template, open the mobile view, edit section options and change background color on scroll:

But sorry, but for me it's difficult to understand anything explained in the link you have sended to me. Could you explain what is happening in my website?
There are most probably changes in your wp-config file that disable this.
