Hello,

I have a question about the discussion forum that is publicly visible. Is there a chance that my tickets will be made private?

The reason for this is the SEO visibility. Most brand names and keywords lead to the discussion forum, not my website. And that's negatively impacting my SEO efforts.

    If you want to contact us privately, please use the contact form on the right at [Links visible only for registered users]. There is no option to turn the discussion private.

    If you want, I can delete links to your website from the discussions, but you have to give me links to this discussion.

    What you can try next time is to mark the text as a spoiler. I have not tried it before, but I think that it should prevent indexing.
