Saving be theme has caused it to corrupt or go to a default setting?

The site I'm working on is https://www.adcs.org.uk/

I saved the theme settings. It paused while saving and now all the style settings are strange. We've tried to reinstall the style settings from the test site and nothing seems to have changed?

I've upload some shots to show how it should be and what I'm seeing.
