Please use the following CSS code:

.woocommerce form .form-row.woocommerce-invalid input.input-text{
 border-color: #f00!important;
}
.woocommerce form .form-row.woocommerce-invalid label,
.woocommerce form .form-row .required{
 color: #f00!important;
}

Put it in Betheme -> Theme options -> Custom CSS & JS -> CSS.
