I've built 2 Pop-Ups in BeBuilder (one in english, one in german) but they keep getting shown in the wrong language.

Are you sure that you sent the correct FTP? Did you check if it works before sending it?

Hi, yes, I've checked the FTP again (using FileZilla) after you mentioned that you were having issues with it. I'll double check and send you the login data again.
By the way, please don't change the Indexing/Site Accessibility Settings - the site is already online and receiving traffic from customers.
I tried again but without luck.
Maybe you have some regional restriction preventing to connect. We are located in Poland.
