Addition of color in title on selection of variation

Hi,

We are using a plugin to manage variation gallery and it allows to add the color name in the title of the product page. It says that may not support some themes. Can you add the code to support it. It will be really helpful for us.

The URL is being changed based on the selection of colours. Example - https://s4w.in/UuwNj

We want to color to be added in the product title as below:
