second serial key is not working

Hello Support,

I have bought two BeTheme licenses for my two websites, but I am facing issues. I registered my first website with one license, but now I am unsure if I might have tried to use the same license for my second website. Let's suppose I used the new license for my first website; at least my old license should work for my second website. However, when I try to register BeTheme on my second domain using the old license, it says that the license is already activated on ****.com. It instructs me to first deactivate it from the other site and delete the install folder, then use that license on this domain.

kindly help me regarding this issue
