BeBuilder is buggy?

I have a strange bug using the advanced border feature on a wrapping element; I was trying to follow this guide: https://support.muffingroup.com/video-tutorials/footer-builder/ on minute "3:05" As visible, the dev added border-radius settings based on each corner individually, which contradicts with the option available on my side - please check the screenshot compared with the previous video below:
Can anyone please explain this weird bug and how I can fix it?
