Color change problem

Sorry for my english but I'm french.
I am trying to install the template call center. I can change a lot of the colors in the administration interface except for the part just before the footer. I looked at the code and the color is passed directly inline and not apparently in the css.
I can not suddenly find the file to edit to change this color orange.
Can you help me ?
