Please disable the LiteSpeed Cache and check if the problem persists.

You are right, the problem was the LiteSpeed Cache

How can I avoid this conflict and be able to use the cache? Can you recommend any other cache plugin?

Keep this plugin disabled until you finish working on your website. That is what we always suggest for any caching plugin.

Regarding plugins, we support two of them, W3 Total Cache and WP Rocket.
