I changed my domain and all my content disappeared

After changing my domain address, I restored my backups. However, after these steps, my content stopped appearing.
I deleted my activation code for the domain and re-registered my registration. However, the problem was not resolved.
Currently, only the sliders and menus I prepared appear on the site. Apart from this, none of the content I prepared with Bebuilder is visible. Even the templates I created are not visible.
But I know that this content exists in the database.
How can I fix this problem?
In some titles, it is stated that the site address needs to be corrected in the settings section. I tried every way but it didn't work.
