Receiving fileperms() error message after update
Hello guys,
I have a problem after I've updated to BeTheme 9.0 and the Visual Composer 4.6.2.
When the plugin is activated I get the following error message on top of every page:
I also get this message when I install the plugin.
I tried to delete the Visual Composer plugin and re-installing it, but it won't help It will disappear as soon as I deactivate the Visual Composer plugin. Do you have any idea what could cause this or if I made a mistake? Is it a problem with my webhost?

as you can see, this error is completely not related with theme so you must look for a problem somewhere else. We recommend to read the Google where we found some topics related with the same issue.
