BeBuiler hangs on loading screen

Hi there,

we are maximum frustrated, because we are facing trouble while using BeBuilder. It hangs on the loading screen. Doesnt matter if we come from page or product, in any case the same result.

I already deactivated the Wordfence firewall, but no improvement.

Please help!

I have the same problem, when I tried to use the bebuilder it keeps loading but is not working.

I sent you the wordpress dashboard and ftp credentials.
