I need to use the exact BeTheme Free-Demo template in my site (image below), but I can not find it (or any really similar) in the prebuilt websites available. How can I get this exact template???

The testing demo was created for testing purposes and is unavailable as a pre-built website.
You would have to recreate this layout by yourself manually.
