looping does not work consistently

Hi,

I have created a slider that has some logos of boat manufactures scrolling across the bottom of the slide. I have set it so that the list will scroll for infinity. However, it is not working on some computers. It scrolls across one time and then stops and doesn't ever scroll again. On my computers (desktop, laptop, ipad, iphone) it scrolls continually. But on my client's computers it does not. It only scrolls one time.

Is there something that I can do to ensure that it will work consistently on all computers/devices?

Here is the link to my site: https://www.s-g-marine.com. The slider is at the top of the home page. The boat manufacturer logos should scroll across the bottom while the video plays. Then when the video restarts the boat manufacturer logos should restart as well.

And set up slide duration to 8000ms (approximate time in which logos go through the screen):

Thank you for the update. My client reports that the logos are still not looping. They play through one time and then stop.

Update. I also have noticed that it loops 5 or 6 times on my computer and then stops looping.
