How do I change Text on header

Hello how do I edit the header so that I can remove the 'Donate Now' and Replace it with "Reach Out" on my website [Links visible only for registered users]

Hi,
It is an Action Button, and you can edit it in Betheme -> Theme options -> Header & Subheader -> Extras.
