My Hubpsot form is not working

Hi there

Just want to check my Hubspot form issue. I added a HubSpot form on the "Contact Us" page with the HTML element. I can see the form successfully, but I can't receive the form letter when i am doing a form test. Please help

Did you try contacting HubSpot support regarding this?

Form functioning is a HubSpot responsibility, and the theme does not have an influence on that.
