Mobile on Android looks awful!

I'm trying to do final testing so I can go live with the website and noticed that on Android phones, the site looks horrid! http://dand192.sg-host.com/

The navigation structure, fonts, page width, padding, photos get cut off etc. What can be done to fix this ASAP so I can go live?

On desktop and iPhones, everything looks great.
