How to change the header and footer template display condition

Hi there

I created a footer and a header templates with the entire site display condition, but now i want to change the display condition, but I can't find any options to set the condition. Is there any way to change it? Appreciate any feedback.

whenever you update footer or header template, popup with conditions will pop up.
