Now my question is next.

I wish to make website that will be readable to people with reading problems. So I want to know is it possible to make menu like on this website. For example on demo "coaching" I love that demo but is it possible to make it with icons and maybe twice big as now?

you can try to use icons in menu items and then with css you can increase icons sizes.

It would be good to make this menu words and icons bigger

Ok. So to increase icons and menu items, please use below css:

#Top_bar .menu > li > a { font-size: 30px !important; }

But to increase icons, you must replace current images with larger one under Theme options > Custom CSS & JS > Custom CSS section. Current images are 16x16 and that's why they are so small.
