How to change the header if there is no template in the header builder

I want to add some information and button to the header. But there is no template in the Header builder. If I click edit header, then it goes to the theme options, but there I can only add an action bar.

Please tell me how to edit the default header?

Hi,

For default headers all settings are placed in Betheme -> Theme options -> Header & Subheader -> Header.

Here I can change the general appearance of the header. And I don't need to change the overall look.
