Custom items in action bar

I'd like to know how I can change the items displayed in the action bar. I don't want to modify the entire header, and the action bar seems like the perfect solution. Could you please provide information on how I can customize it to display specific menu items or descriptions that I could link to instead of a phone number or email? Additionally, I'd like to know how to change the background color, etc.

    Hi,

    All options available for standard Action Bar are placed in Betheme -> Theme options -> Menu & Action bar -> Action Bar, and nothing beyond that.

    Colors for it can be adjusted in Betheme -> Theme options -> Colors -> Action Bar.
