problem with video autoplay

I've created popups displaying videos. I've activated auto-play but it doesn't work. The only mode that works is with the sound on mute.
How can I solve the problem?

Hi,
That is how modern browsers work. To autoplay video, it must be set to mute.
Our hands are tied in that case.
